ASKA-GUMI is a professional taiko ensemble based in Japan, presenting a full-scale stage production for theaters and festivals worldwide.
Featuring 5–10 performers and running 60–120 minutes, the production delivers powerful drumming, dynamic choreography, and aesthetics rooted in Japanese tradition.
With over 30 years of international touring experience, ASKA-GUMI has established a sustained presence across Europe, Asia, and North America.
At the 2007 Edinburgh Fringe Festival, the company received 5-star reviews from Three Weeks and British Theatre Guide.
